Childhood Memory

One of my most vivid childhood memories is when I broke my hand. I was playing football in the winter with Isaac Dahl, Patrick Vallon, Max Kelley, and Brian Call. On the play that I broke my hand Isaac fumbled the football, I dove on top of it, and then everybody dove on top of me. As soon as Brian got on the pile I felt my hand snap and I knew it was broken. This  forced my to grow up because I had to act like it didn't hurt and I was tough, but in reality it really hurt and i probably wanted to cry.

  1. Ouch, that sounds like it would hurt. Good for you, though, for being tough and acting like it didn't hurt. How long were you in a cast after that? Did you get a lot of people to sign it?
